The Circuit is our new live music program for emerging regional NSW artists ready to grow their audience, develop their live show and connect with new fans.

We’re looking for three Talent Development Project alumni from regional NSW to join the first Circuit. Across the program, you’ll:

put on two all-ages gigs in your home region, with funding and support from Talent Development Project
be paired with an established Talent Development Project alumni or industry professional as your mentor
build your local audience and create opportunities for local artists and creatives
perform in a Sydney showcase series alongside other Talent Development Project alumni
get hands-on support with planning, promotion, production and audience development
connect with new audiences, artists, venues and industry networks

The idea is simple: build your crowd at home, learn from someone who’s gone before you, and take that momentum to new stages.

Who should apply?

The Circuit is for TDP grads who:

are based in regional NSW
are actively writing, releasing or performing original music
want to grow their audience locally and in Sydney
are excited to create great live shows in their community
are ready to collaborate, learn and try something new

You don’t need to have everything figured out, and you don’t need experience putting on your own gigs. We’re interested in your music, your ideas, your connection to your community and what you could build with the right support.
