		<description><![CDATA[Talent Development Project Graduate, Byron Watson, will be performing in the World Premiere of &#8220;Midnight Son&#8221;. Byron is taking on the central character, &#8220;Ray Clarke&#8221; in the new opera with the Victorian Opera Company. It is based on the true story of a murder which took place in Melbourne and described as a &#8220;modern-day operatic tragedy&#8221;. Midnight Son opens in Melbourne on the 16th of May. The event is a unique program offering primary and secondary students an amazing opportunity to learn from some of Australia&#8217;s leading music artists. Backstage Pass is being held on the 25th May 2012 at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM) and will culminate in a performance at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. 		<description><![CDATA[Channel Ten is calling for talented male singers, dancers and actors with dreams of being on Broadway to audition for their new show &#8220;I Will Survive&#8221;. Based on the smash hit musical Priscilla Queen of the Desert, ‘I WILL SURVIVE’ takes 12 talented men on a journey through the outback of Australia, from Sydney to Alice Springs and ending up on a Broadway stage in New York City. The winner will also receive $250,000 cash. The team will be auditioning in Sydney on Saturday 21st April, with other interstate auditions to follow. 		<description><![CDATA[Talent Development Project Graduates, Natasha Hoeberigs and Melanie Dyer have wowed TV judges in two different music competitions. Melanie is being described as &#8220;The One That Got Away&#8221; after her spectacular performance on the Nine Networks new music competition show, &#8220;The Voice&#8221;. While the judges failed to turn around, they all expressed their regret at missing out on choosing Melanie. However, she made the most of the opportunity, performing her original &#8220;Maybe In Mercury&#8221; to huge acclaim from the judges and the audience. You can watch excerpts from Melanie performance, along with an interview HERE Natasha is following in the footsteps of fellow TDP Graduate and 2011 Australia&#8217;s Got Talent Winner, Jack Vidgen competing in the 2012 incarnation of the Network Seven show.
